* DeepSleep Usermod
- sleep delay is now 1 by default, disabling sleep at powerup
- renamed bootup variable to powerup
- using delay counter for proper bootup
- changed power-up and bootup logic
- added fallback to always power-on at boot except at powerup
- fixed bug in settings page
